The project proposes cultural
center on the area of 250000‡u in urban distinct near lower Selangeran
river in Sundvall city, approximately 350km north from Stockholm, Sweden
where the densest population of 95000 around the Arctic Circle is. The glacier-like
cave with volts on the area of 6700‡u, 25m in height involve 2 different
scales of performance theaters: volts sectionally divide each levels and
