The project is a redevelopment
proposal of the station front, Sagunto, Spain for Europan 8 competition.
The low-rise densed residences with a large open area are designed to keep
required population density. Pergola-like collective housing units shade
too much sunlight to engage outside activities: each units in 6 different
types sitting on horizontal topology are strategized to protect privacy
