The development recreational facilities
including a tennis court, a pool, a spa on the 27000‡u area of tamula
lakefront near central distinct of Voru, adjacent to Latvia border, southeast
Estonia. Respecting existing residences, supermarkets, offices on the site,
the project strategizes to fuse resortlike diverse activities and economic
activities by stacking lands and setbacking levels into a mound so that
