When multiplying the two regular design rules is applied in the economic block, a variety of space is created. Store / street grid: form definite streets placing stores in grid and making regular streets, columns / tree grid: placing interior columns and street trees in 5x5m grid. Each tenant can use freely around the streets. Using as a terrace with sets of furniture, displaying goods beneath the trees and utilizing as extension store stopping the traffic partially.
The same grid of columns and trees makes the whole city continuous both visually and physically allowing interior and forest aggregate.
