Assuming a cause of disconnected Vatrov Square from urban structure
as its long, thin, and sharply-angled shape, functionalities of the area
split into 3 stripes namely Vester Voldgade, a parking, and a sidewalk:
this framework does not function as a square but exactly same as car
passways. The project proposes to re-function Vartov as a "square"
by
dividing linear space into 4 squares which represent different characteristics.
